All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or limit quantities of any product at any time.

Certain items may be listed as Pre-Order. Estimated shipping timeframes for pre-order items will be clearly stated within the product listing.

Orders & Billing

By placing an order, you confirm that all billing and shipping information provided is accurate and complete.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
  • Limit quantities purchased per customer
  • Cancel orders suspected of fraud, unauthorized activity, or policy violations

If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will refund the unavailable item to the original payment method.

Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. national/federal holidays.

Please note:

  • Processing time is separate from shipping transit time
  • Priority or expedited shipping affects delivery speed only after processing is completed
  • Orders containing pre-order items will ship once the pre-order item is available

Miwe Cosmetics is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, incorrect shipping information, or circumstances outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

Refunds & Returns

Due to the cosmetic nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.

We do not accept:

  • Returns
  • Exchanges
  • Order cancellations

Refunds are only issued if an item is unavailable due to an inventory or fulfillment error on our end.

Miwe Cosmetics is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
  • Carrier delays
  • Delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses
  • Packages returned by the carrier

Refunds or replacements are not guaranteed for carrier-related delivery issues.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Product Use & Safety

Our products are intended for cosmetic use.

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information and ensuring products are used safely and appropriately.

Avoid direct contact with eyes unless otherwise specified for cosmetic eye use. Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs.
