Refund & Return Policy
Due to the cosmetic nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued in the event that an item purchased becomes unavailable due to an inventory or fulfillment error on our end.
If this occurs, the unavailable item will be refunded to the original payment method.
Delivery Issues
Miwe Cosmetics is not responsible for delivery issues caused by shipping carriers, lost packages marked as delivered, delayed transit times, incorrect addresses entered at checkout, or packages returned due to address errors.
Because these issues are outside of our control, refunds or replacements cannot be guaranteed for carrier-related delivery issues.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review and assist accordingly.
